This scenario underscores the need for innovative legal approaches that harmonise with the unique characteristics of blockchain technology, advocating for a rethink of how we handle such disputes in the new digital age. Hence, a novel segment of dispute resolution systems has emerged, exemplified by blockchain-based, crowd-sourced online dispute resolution systems.
