厂家一直不愿意处理升级问题，不正面回复客户的需求。车机都是同厂商，详情：1、新款车机系统已升级为无线连接CarPlay功能，而旧款车机系统却无法使用无线连接CarPlay，区别对待老车主。我们强烈要求一汽丰田对旧款车机系统进行优化升级，并开放无线连接功能或补差价更换新车机。2、新款车型开放手机APP解锁上锁功能，旧车型起初也有解锁功能，现在只开放上锁功能。厂家严重区别对待老车主，强烈要求一汽丰田对老款车型也进行升级功能。要做到一视同仁，不要辜负老车主对丰田的期待。 |
