中新网6月17日电 杨梅里经常会出现白色的小虫子，有人担心吃了会危害健康。实际上，杨梅中的这种小虫子是果蝇的幼虫，不会危害健康，也不会在人体寄生，无毒无害。果蝇幼虫从虫卵到出生的过程中都发生在杨梅果实中，本身是比较干净的也不会接触到其他细菌。如果不想吃到虫子，吃杨梅前可以用淡盐水浸泡10~20 分钟，果蝇幼虫就会自己出来。(来源：@科学辟谣 中国新闻网微博)
