What if my certification is revoked? If you fail to comply with the CPE Policy, your credentials will be revoked and you can no longer present yourself as a certification-holder which will be reported as such on certification confirmation requests. If your certification has been revoked due to non-compliance with the CPE Policy, you may appeal to be reinstated by written notification to the Certification Working Group. Submit your appeal to the Customer Experience Center and include: A detailed explanation for the reinstatement request CPE documentation from the time of revocation to the current year If the appeal is approved, you must pay any back and current certification maintenance fees needed to comply with the CPE policy before being reinstated. Additionally, if the appeal was made more than 60 days after revocation, you must pay a $50 Reinstatement Fee.
