Carlos Magaletta

Carlos Magaletta is the founding principal at Magaletta & McCarthy, P.C.  He was born in Argentina and is the son of two Italian Immigrants.  Although he moved to Boston when he was just eight years old, he has remained fluent in both Spanish and Italian.

Attorney Magaletta has been practicing Immigration and Family law for twenty years and has expertise in the interplay between family law and immigration matters. He has helped many people in Massachusetts who come from other countries.

Carlos Magaletta has been involved in other non-law related business enterprises and brings his vast business knowledge and customer-centered philosophy to the firm.   As a result, he recognizes that the manner in which you are treated, has a direct connection to the success of our firm. Carlos ensures that the entire staff strives to achieve the best possible outcome for each case; so that clients can leave his office knowing that he did all that he could do to achieve the best possible result.
